old school PCHIPS mobo problem

Heya folks i got an old M7xx PCHIPS motherboard here if ne of u know who that is...
it basically has 1 P3 slot
2 dimm slots
2 pci slots
1 ISA

old school pos computer=D
which is why i want to restore this computer and use it as our house router.

I recently installed a PCI netgear and ISA 3com Nic card.
The PCI card installed fine windows recognized it and installed the appropriate drivers.

But the ISA NIC is not being recognized by windows in fact the nic slot is not being recognized at all. POwer is getting to the ISA slot i know this to be true but windows does not see the NIC.

could i have a bois config wrong? chipset drivers have not been installed i cannot find the dang drivers. ne suggestions?
