Should I update chipset drivers or not?

I have an Asus P6T Deluxe V2 MB & I'm just wondering if updating chipset drivers is a good idea or not. Other than occasionally having problems with a USB wireless mouse. For the most part my system seems to be running okay but I notice there is a newer set of Intel chipset drivers out and wondered if it was worth updating min as I'm still using the ones from the install CD
