??? ipv8 does it exist????
Was reading one of the mail's from security focus (the mailing list), and there was something that caught me of guard (here). it said that the spies were using ipv8 (ref:here )

so my question is does it exist???????????

Note: thought it's hard to believe after reading the paper! or is this guy (person) just an idiot

in some form or another.. it's possible..... rare though..... considering that most of everyone hasn't even bothered with IPv6 yet

all the more reason to think that it does not exist. at least that's what i thought before doing a google search and coming up with these results (here)

well it could be technologies or patented or some for of protocal that was thought up back then.. i mean ipv6 has been available for quite some time... doesn't mean it's emediately implemented

keep in mind that the US government and certain large educational institutes use a network not available to the public, they use that network for high speed data transfer testing among other things

too true, half of the technology is behind closed doors,,, so you start wondering, does the stuff you know about current technologies actually let you survive in the "real world" ???
