Help me find my bios updates please.
Helllo Everyone i need some help here
i want to updates my bios buit i don't know where to find it Could somebody help me... here's some specs i got from my computer BIOS BIOS Type Award BIOS Version K8M800-M2 Ver:1.1A 06/17/2005 Award BIOS Type Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG System BIOS Date 06/17/05 Motherboard Motherboard ID 06/17/2005-K8M800-8237-6A7L1E19C-00 i couldn't find my motherboard name CPU CPU Type AMD Sempron, 1600 MHz (8 x 200) 2600+ CPU Alias Palermo (Venice-128) CPU Stepping DH-E6 Instruction Set x86, x86-64, MMX, 3DNow!, SSE, SSE2, SSE3 Chipset North Bridge: VIA K8M800/K8N800 North Bridge: AMD Hammer IMC South Bridge: VIA VT8237 Last edited by fuji.ecchi; Jun 7, 2009 at 10:06 AM. |

Try running a little program called CPU-Z to see if it can give you a model name for the motherboard.

Verify according to the instructions here - How do I know the model name and version of the motherboard Make sure you have the correct revision, as there are PCB revisions 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0
