New PC3200, XP won't boot

I just went out to Frys and bought the cheapest PC3200 they had, just to see. I paid $60 for 512mb of this "Lei" RAM. Its CL3, but I just wanted to run it at 333 for now with my KT333 board. The bios picks it up fine, but Windows XP refuses to load, it just restarts. I've tried running it at 266, no go there either. I tried a bit of extra voltage: no joy. I am replacing PC2100, which works just fine.

Any ideas?

I didn't think I would have to reinstall Windows. Its Windows XP. The RAM wouldn't work in my other machine either, SiS 735, wouldnt even post. I bought it cheap, and its CL 3, which there is no option for in the bios. Anyone else take advantage of that $60 offer at Frys had any luck with this RAM?

Fry's was your problem. I can say 1/3 of anything I bought at fry's actually worked right. And returning things is such a hassle. I just order from newegg more even if it's a bit more expensive, the loss of hassle is much better than the slight price difference.
