Have you taken into account that due to the date of the bios you have posted..The motherboard may no longer be supported.And this may be a few years ago.

This is probably why you can not find a newer Bios Update.

I tried a quick google for you and the last bios update was in 2002.. Probably what you are using now..

i googled for about an hour, and i didn't find anything newer than 2002 on that particular chipset, i guess you would just have to dig deeper... :S

ok, i did A LOT of googling and i found some "manufacturers" that resold this board under their own brands... i also found BIOS updates for some of them... of course, they all use the same chipset VIA 82C3148 rev 0...

i didn't really look into it thoroughly, but at first glance, all of them had the same specifications... but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone to do an update of their motherboards BIOS if they have different maufacturers from the ones listed above unless they are absolutely sure that their motherboard have the exact same components...

Hey dude thanks a lot for ur healp and ur time. I really appreciate that.
Anyways my Mboard us P4M266-8233. and i think theres nothing can be done - so better leave it. I think i need a new PC.
