Sad When will there be new nforce drivers?!

I must say that I'm soon getting my eyes plugged out because I nearly can't wait any longer for some new drivers.
And the worst is that they don't tell anyone how far they have come on the driver development.

I sure hope that the new driver release (if there now will be any) won't be the same flopp as the 2.41 and 2.42 drivers, which were drawn back on the nVidias homepage.

Shame on you nVidia. You should now better.

im actually very tired with nforce2 drivers, they arent very exciting and I never have found any performance increases.... they have been a disaster to this point.

I certanly agree with you Zardon. Although the only thing that I've been missing is properly working ASIO drivers. I don't know really if ASIO works at all on the NF7 board.
In Cubase I can choose "nvidia ASIO", but then it says that the driver is not working properly, or something like that.

I'm now using the 2.78, which doesn't seems to be an official driver. But it works very well with my system and XP SP1.

The 2.78 as far as I know according to a contact is just an older set with a few mixed files that appeared on some OEM site....... im not sure on that, as I didnt even have the interest to install them.

ill wait on the next offical Nvidia release, if of course it manages to stay on their site for longer than 24 hours ................

Indeed indeed.

Yepp, the 2.78 is an modification of the 2.03.
But when I install 2.03 in XP and then installing DirectX 9.0a, my USB stops functioning. It's pretty P.I.T.A. but when I tried 2.78 everything worked out flawlessly. Which is rather strange since it is though nearly exactly the same drivers.
