P5Q3 or UD3P?

Hey guys!

My motherboard is dead and sent for replacement, but the problem is, that Gigabyte no longer manufactures EP45T-DS3R so I think they might give me a EP45T-UD3R instead. my question is as foolows:

Should I just replace my MB with the Asus equivilant, the P5Q3? or should I stay with the EP45T?

I'm sure the other one is fine as well but EP45T-UD3R is sexier.

The Gigabyte P45 variants with UD3 build are crazy good overclockers if that's of any interest.

P.S.
People say that DDR3 on 775 is not worth the money, but I sure am enjoying it, just have to remember not to wreck it like the last time :-\

Late to thread... but might as well add that I agree the UD3R is an awesome board with great overclocking potential, just in case someone searched it and gets this thread in the results
