new BIOS v1.3 for MSI 865 boards!

the official 1.3 bios has finally been realease, i just flashed mine works like a charm. and now the new MAT (memory acceleration technonlogy) is being used which i have heard is similar to the PAT that ABIT and other companies have! u might need to reset some of ur cmos settings and i HIGHLY recommend live update for a trouble free update. heres the notes

- Add MAT support for all 865PE version.
- Fixed Maxtor S-ATA HDD sometimes will hang during HDD detection.

np, and im running a p4 "B" with 333 ddr because 400 wont work without a "c" proc. so thats a pretty decent score
