A Funny fenomenon in DFI T3eH8

Hello everybody.

I'm having a wierd problem with my mobo and wanted to ask you if you can help, or if you ever had the same problem:

My PC is set to 4Ghz (You can look at my system's specs) and it runs 100% stable with no problems at all.
But, only aftaer a quick restart.
What do I mean:
When I first turn on my cumputer after a while that it has been off (20 minutes is anough) it will only recogniz 4GB of Ram. than, at the initial POST where it tells 4GB, I shut down via the power button, and after 2 seconds turn it back on - and it recognizes 6GB normal.

Did anyone come into such a problem?! I have absolutly no idea how to fix this!
It's not causing crashes or anything, but the time wasted is considerable!

there is a newer BIOS than mine, that fixes a few minor thing, but this is not one of them (Ate least so it seems) but I have problems managing to update the BIOS (I don't really know how).
So, help... :X

A slight increase of RAM voltage can resolve odd issues between a board and memory, like 0.1V extra if you haven't already increased that voltage a lot. If that doesn't help then I'd guess you'll have to try one of those newer BIOS'es just in case, or wait for one that says something about RAM.

To be honest, I'm the Rookiest person when it comes to OC and voltages, I used the voltages from the DFI ABS Profile.

My memory is sopposed to run at 1.65V, isn't it too dangerous to over-volt it?

Seriously now, i've looked all over the net for some "Highest voltage to go for before it get messy" but I could find any...
And to be frank, the T3eH8 is not rookie-friendly
