Looking for information about motherboard's socket 1155 types

Hello everyone,
I'm about to purchase a new computer soon,
and I need your help with choosing a motherboard.

My computer will be based on the Intel Core i7 S1155 2600 3.4Ghz processor and the computer will be mainly for programming and gaming.
I have everything in my mind but a motherboard.
I saw that there are three kinds of chipset for the socket 1155
and I have no clue about the qualities of each chipset.
Could you guys explain to me about the qualities of each chipset?
