Anyone work with Nortel/Avaya IP phones?

Specifically the i2004 series of phones? Thought I'd ask before typing up a huge thing just to find out no one even knows what they are.

I got it, thanks man. I couldn't get to the screen that was asking for a TN but after looking around I found it on an obscure forum how to get to it. There are only about 7 options with our phones and it wasn't one of them and finally found the answer.

Would you not configure the TN in the Avaya Site Administration? Might be easier for future reference.
