??? Need Help! Need a mobo that will run 233 FSB

Hi,

Just bought some PC3700 and i cant run it at 233 FSB on my ASUS board.

Need some help in selecting a board that will run 233FSB with AMD 2500+

help is very appreciated.

I would go for the Abit NF7-S Rev. 2.0. That is a great stable board capable of those speeds.

Yep, thats where my vote would go too. Its probably the best overclocking AMD mobo out right now.

Bar none Abit Nf7-S Rev 2. Ask and look around anywhere it is the best out.

Thanks guys... thats just what I was after... Expecting a call soon from the PC shop - hopefully he will let me swap my ASUS board over - he should do - spent $2100 at his place inc the PC3700 RAM!!

I'll post back when i get it and report my performance with my RAM. Cheers again.

You need to ditch the ASUS board as you can't adjust the VDD (northbridge) voltage up high enough. Besides the VDD and VDIMM mods on the ASUS are a pain.
