Hence the comment on the best buy being the 865, because only the P4P800 has a cracked BIOS that gives the extra tweak...It really is a theoretical number, in most cases. Bottom line nobody will see much difference between the expensive 875 & the cheaper 865, on all the other mobo's -To the eye -Nothing!

It's not always the latest chipset, the mobo & BIOS combo is the key. This Albatron 2.66g @ 4.13g is evidence of that, on a 845 chipset; though I won't recomend less than an a 865 chipset ~Nor, Albatron...Some got lucky, most did not!
