Default Post NTFS HD 2 HD

Is there any program and/or way I can copy an entire NTFS drive image to new HD?

I have not done this since I used Win9x. Never done it with NT/2K, or XP. I'm asking because I'm lazy and do not want to reload this rig. I'm replacing a regular BB WD HD with a JB.

Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance...
