Webcam problem

I have a philips Toucam XS webcam (PCVC720K/00), and the picture gets green when i start it in explorer.
I was wondering if it had to do with the usb2 drivers. Im trying to figure out what the problem is.

Anyone have any ideas?.

Also, the webcam driver-update thing from philips site dont work.
It stops when it tries to download the drivers from the internet and it says
"The site is under update", or something similar.
Although, it is a usb/plug and play camera. (I just gave it a try)

Any help would be fine. Thanks
