HELP overclocking Problems!!

I can not get past 3.408 – 284 fsb without errors… I am not overheating I just get errors, I have tried different voltages on ram, cpu, and VGA. I have tried different timings, drivers, ect… I am very stable at 3.404 but as soon as I go just a little higher I get a weird error on boot. Non system disk error.. something like that. Anyone have a system like this with same problems?? Or have any solutions?? here are my specs
i am hoping for at least 3.8 or better.....

P4 2.4c @3.408ghZ 284/66/33 FsB / 1.65v / 36.5C IDLE

XP Professional
3DmArk'03 Score - 6999..

most likely that board doesn't have enough voltage going through the chipset itself.... 284FSB is pretty amazing though..
