Assistance in choosing Label Printer and Pen style Bar code scanner.

Hey guys/gals, wondering if any of you could recommend a really good Label Printer(for putting on packages / boxes) for a business, and also a very good Pen style Bar code reader that can attach via the Keyboard cable.

I searched around and it seems that Dymo Label printers are good, but I want to make sure that they are. Any one have experience with them? anything better out on the market?
