asus a7v333 + kingston ram compatibility

hi

i´ve an asus a7v333 motherboard and wanna put in new ram from kingston.
now i ask which one i should choose ?? KVR333X64C25/1G with one memory stick or the bundle with 2x 512mb ?? i want the option to upgrade later perhaps up to 2 gb and i need any experience with compability to my board.
plz help me out ! do i have to "fill" the first 2 dimm´s or is it ok to put only one 1024mb ram-module in the first dimm and leave the others empty ( any speed or compability changes ) ???

thx moroga

i know 2x512 works

I ~know~ that 2x512mb Kingston will work in an A7V333. Can't comment on 2x1gb.

Are you looking at upgrading your motherboard in the near future, or more memory in the A7V333?

check the motherboard's manual for supported ram configurations

well, it doesn't have 2 be listed 2 be compatable, sometimes mobo companies don't test certain ram because it is easily oc'ed, or at least thats what ram guy tells me...
