what's a better PSU?

NE wayz......I'd just like to get some opinions as to what you guys think is a better PSU than an enermax noisetaker 475watt.

Just mention the brand and model, and why you guys think it's better.

I was actually looking at that one right now. However, i did not know that the rails were tweakable

cool. Thanks for the info.......i'm looking to upgrade my PSU after finding out that my enermax can't hold an overclock when voltages are 1.5 on my CPU, and 2.8 on my RAM
