Does anyone own the AV8-3rd Eye socket 939?

I was wondering if anyone owned the AV8-3rd Eye and having good luck overclocking with it? Since it is a VIA chipset! I'm really thinking about getting it because i have a Winchester 3500 sitting here in my room with a XP-90 and a X800XTPE and 2-512 HyperX PC3500 for it. Is the performance good on this board?
