help! DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 -D owners
I just setup my by board and I'm having a problem, first I discovered that my OCZ GOLD VX memory that I got from newegg is bad it fails on all the diags, so i popped in my old corsair value memory and it passed diags but i have once concern when i put the memory only in slot 3&4 the system will not post and it beeps with an memory error, but when i put the memory in slot 1&2, 1&3, 2&4 it works but any time when there is memory only in slots 3&4 then it beeps is that by design or do I have a faulty board, can somebody please test this and get back to me.

i suggest you take a look at the dfi official forums, seems that the mobo is picky with ram and you might have to adjust the voltages in the bios, you ocz ram might be working fine.

This is a board design issue, maybe a chipset issue as well. I have the same problem with the board. Is there any reason why you have to put the memory in those slots? It won't run dual channel in slots 3&4 anyway. The RAM has to be in 2&4 for dual channel to work.
