I didn't vote since I'm running the retail stock cooler.

Baed on what I've read, people are getting 20-25% better mhz with the Winchesters with STOCK air cooling and minimal voltage increases. I'm not o'clocking yet but its nice to know I've got headroom w/o any serious intervention right off the bat.

I'd be interested in how much further these more elaborate cooling systems can push a rig....

l have clawhammer and stock cooler that came with cpu ran the hotest.l put in gigabyte 3d cooler and its the loudest and not the coolest running cooler, thats why lm changing it. these where the pick of the bunch from what l have read.if there better,i'd like to know.at moment down to these.at moment seems xp-90.l would get freezer 64 as its cools at low speed what others cool at high, but heard few probs with fan not working properly

I've got a Zalman 7000 cu, that I had on my old P4 2.6GHz and it worked great, it is compatible with my 1.8GHz AMD64. Just haven't got around to fitting it yet as I think I have to take the motherboard out to do it

just got e-mail from thermalright saying that using xp-120 with abit av8 or simular will loose you the use of slot1[closest to cpu] because of high and depth and xp-90 is best choice and is only 1-2 degree differance between the two
might be useful info if someone is asking this question
cheers

3200+ winny @ 10x235, 32-34 C idle, 37-40 C load. doesnt get much better than that.

will have my new RAM soon, and ill really be able to unleash this chip and show just how great this cooler is. if you're an overclocker, you're gonna wanna go with the XP90/120 - tried and true great performer (and only 24.99 at SVC.com with promo code found on site). if youre after quiet, the zalman is a great choice.

ive read of many OCers ditching their Zalmans for the XP90 b/c it just couldnt cool well enough for the voltages they were using (1.5+)

Freezer 64 gets my vote. Really they're all great coolers though. I'd be happy with the XP-90, 7700, or freezer64.
