Bios!!!

hey, can anyone please tell me how to update my BIOS with a CD, instead of a floppy disc? I know of bootable CDs, and I'm using Nero, but what do I do to update? The Internet guides dont help...

well...have the cd bootable (load up the image boot file thru nero)
then when dragging and drop the files for the bios (the flasher and the bios file)

when it boots into dos, just run flasher with bios file
