asus a89 sli. where is safe mode?

Ok if f8 on this mobo is that quick, "what do you want to boot from, menu". Where did safe mode go?

i think its about the timings, press F8 a little later or choose hdd from the menu and press F8 again

muaha, it was the timing...

you have to wait till after the f8 for boot menu prompt and just before it actually starts up... took me a bit of restarting to catch it right, but then, Im a monkey so...
