Best performance board for A64 + AGP?

What's the best performance board out in the market for Athlon 64 w/ AGP support? I'm building my dad a new PC, giving him my current system, but I still want to save money and keep my R9800XT video card. I really don't need ultra-fancy features, just basic stuff like SATA and ethernet support. I was looking at the MSI K8N Neo2 and the ASUS A8V Deluxe at the moment, and although I've generally been purchasing ASUS boards lately, I wanted some opinions.

System Specs

You really should go ahead and move to pci express and
sell the 9800XT while it still has a decent value

Or you'll find your self buying new board and new video card just a few mouths down the road

MSI K8N Neo 2 is well accepted amongst the enthusiasts, but I would really just hold off on the upgrade since you're not willing to part from AGP.

What about PCI-Express then? What would be the best board out in the market?

Here's another board they're drooling over at XtremeSystems.org. Guess the only question is if Ati has solved the usb performance problem on the southbridge.
