??? Asrock Motherboard Question

I have a daughter who is currently in college, she is using a Asrock K7S41GX motherboard in her computer. Last week her HDD crashed, and she has since replaced the HDD with a new one. For the life of me I cannot remember which Fkey you use to set the boot sequence on her motherboard. She's using Win XP Home and she needs to set the boot sequence to the cd-rom so she can install Windows. I know that F2 will get you into the Bios, but you have to use another key to bring up another screen to set the boot sequence and I can't remember which Fkey that is. Could someone please refresh my poor old memory. Thanks for your help in advance.

F2 should do the trick on that board.

That is the motherboard im using right now. I believe it is either F10 or 11 to set the boot sequence, it tells you at the top right hand corner of the screen as soon as the computer switches on.

I know I'm bumping this, but.. oh well..

Sorry about that drwho.. was tired when I read the post, and it looks as if SeanUK corrected my mistake (I use these boards all the time damnit!).

I gotta remember not to post when it's that close to bedtime.. like it is right now.. oh bump me...

Also, as drwho mentioned, welcome to the forums SeanUK!

Believe it or not ASRock is the sister company of Asus. Their boards are actually not that bad (cheaper to buy, around the same quality), but one thing you will see consistantly from them are wierd designs. And I do mean wierd. They have 2 boards in particular that have been fun to try: an Intel Socket 478/775 combo board, and an AMD socket 754/939 combo board.

At any rate, they aren't too bad. I use them for the cheapie systems as they are pretty stable, and well built.
