System Specs

Socket 754 gets PCI express 16X

heads up this new MSI board is now widely available!

http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p...eo3-F&class=mb

verry awseome indeed! I just orderd one my self for my girilfriends rig!
now you have less of an excuse "not" to upgrade to AMD 64.

can use a cripled AGP or a full pci express!

wish these had been findable about a mouth ago!

He means on that motherboard I think. It's one of those AGP-on-PCI implementations. I would hardly call a proper AGP slot crippled.

You about lose 20+% performace, But it does allow you to use an AGP card untill
you can afford to upgrade to PCI express. But also it aprears you can use them
both at the same time ...

is it really worth paying the extra for a x800xt pe over a x800xl, isn't the xl a great overclocker? Why not wait til the next generation cards?
