Problems in Device Manager

Hello, I got a PC with an A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard for Christmas and I'm having some problems with some non-PnP devices in Device Manager. There's two hidden devices in there with yellow exclamation points next to them. The two devices in question are 'Serial' and 'Parport.' Now, I'm no rocket scientist, but I'm assuming these two "mystery devices" are ports I disabled when I was tweaking my BIOS earlier in the year. Anyway, I want these two conflicts (or whatever the problems are) to go away. Do I have to go back into the BIOS and enable these ports - even though I don't use them - to make these conflicts go away? Or should I simply ignore them and be done with it? Thanks for reading, guys (and girls).

well it sounds like those a referrign to the serial and parralel ports on your mohterboard. It shouldn't matter what you do, whether you enable them or keep them disabled - because you haven't stated that this issue has caused any problems other than the device manager notification
