Unshadowing?

I currently have an HP Pavilion 563w and some of my BIOS settings are "Shadowed". I figured this due to it being made my HP, and they do not want you messing around with BIOS settings, but I would like to obtain these settings, so I was wondering; how do I "Unshadow" (not sure if this is the correct term) so I can obtain all of the BIOS settings? Thanks.

I cant remember you hit or hold something like ESC or F1 when you enter the bios but i've never used it my self I never buy such systems.

I don't think you ever get much options with prebuilts
