Well, I tried this about 2 - 3 months ago when I had my crappy hard drive. and crappy processor. So I'm gonna go for another try.

I would like to know how to change the timings. I know HOW to get there in the BIOS, but I want to know which ones switch what. Because they aren't really named as I know them..

So the best settings for my motherboard / memory are

2.5-3-3-6

but MY settings are

3.0-3-3-8

In my BIOS has these memory settings:
