2 hardware choices

have 2 hardware choices, looking for some feedback.have a chieftec dragon case ,good case
have abit av8 mobo.hasn't running long ,maybe 30-40 hours since l changed my cpu heatsink and fan from gigabite 21 pro to xp-90 with a 92mm fan.room temp is about 26c and the cpu temp is 49-53 which is higher, should be lower.so was thinking of getting a stacker with window, has more space and more vents to circle air, other option is to get the zalman reserator 2 plus when out.what you think, did l give the cpu heatsink and fan enough time to burn in or is it too early to get cooler temps or has enough time passed.what you think

First off, learn to use punctuation. Your paragraph there is really hard to understand.

and try reseating your heatsink, temps shouldn't be that high unless you have really bad caseflow.

Is your processor overclocked? Those temps are pretty high for normal clocking.

ok today have reseated the heatsink 3 times, first l used antec silver 5 compound because artic silver5 could not be found.when l removed the xp-90 from mobo, the cpu came away with it,it shouldn't have as it was to be locked in position.anyway cleaned everything and applyed a thin layer on cpu and heatsink and ran for 10 mins, temps 49-57[worse].took it apart again, this time tryed coolermaster compound to see if it makes any difference.same.so third time ,used antec silver5 compound and reversed the xp-90 to hover over northbridge heatsink, instead of memory.temps so far are 46-55.hoping it will cool down after burn in time.however long that will be.bit worried that the cpu CAME OFF WITH XP-90 WHILE STILL LOCKED,has anyone came across this.

I think your putting to much as5 on, thats why its pulling the cpu out of the socket.
I find its best to just put a small dab in the center (about the size of a grain of rice) then just fix the heatsink in place.
