??? Need help deciding on 939 motherboard for AMD duel core

I have yet to order anything at all for the computer I am planning to get. However, the hardest decision is the motherboard because there are still a LOT of 939 motherboards without an updated bios to support the X2's.

I have read a LOT about motherboards lately, and www.anandtech.com even has a list of motherboards that have the updated bios. The problem I am having is that I dont want an NForce 4 chipset since there are so many complaints about every board on how noisy the northbridge fan is. Noise is one of the things that I dont want that much of coming out of my computer...noise coming out of my speaker system is another thing currently have a Klipsch Promedia 4.1 kind of old since 5.1's are now in season, but if i had the money, I would buy a Klipsch Promedia Ultra 5.1

Anyways, any suggestions? I have read a lot of reviews, and here is a list of things I WANT on my motherboard:

1. as little noise as possible, AND as little heat problems as possible...
2. for it to be as fast as possible...benchmarks when using different motherboards, same everything else though, I want it to be one of the top.
3. Stability...I DONT want a motherboard of anything lower than SUPERIOR quality
4. I DO NOT plan on overclocking...ever
5. I realize that most, if not all of the best boards are the ones that either support SLI, or were MADE to be overclocked
6. I am NOT going to be using SLI or Crossfire
7. I am unsure as to whether or not I am going to get a Geforce 7800 GTX or wait for the r520 to see how they compare yet. Yes, I AM an ATI fan, but I should still try to keep an open mind...key word...try
8. I want it to have no less than 3 PCI slots, and AS MANY AS POSSIBLE PCI-E slots outside of the PCI 16x slot for the graphics card
9. MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE...PERFORMENCE and STABILITY ARE

Current planned computer components I KNOW I am getting...

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103544

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811133143

Ram: Latency is 2.5-3-3-6 for AMD systems according to the Corsair website http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145575

Power Supply Unit...aka PSU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817182009

Hard drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148065

DVD/CD-RW...might as well be able to burn both with 1 drive. Plan to get 2 of these...not that expensive but lots of good reveiws : http://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/...82E16827136049

New mouse...still using an OLD microsoft intellimouse : Logitech MX518 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16826104178

new keyboard...too used to the older style keyboards, so this one should be ok : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16823126164

The only things I have to decide about are the Motherboard and the video card. The video card I can figure out by myself, but i REALLY need help picking out the motherboard. I listed everything I wanted/needed in the motherboard above, so hopefully SOMEONE can help me. Thank you in advance, and now I'm off to bed...4:10 AM.

ALSO, PLEASE check to see if all the components I have chosen are compatable with each other...I have never built a computer before, so I dont know if the ram will be compatable with an AMD 939 pin motherboard or not for example, or if the case isnt the right type...ATX. If I remember correctly, its AMD that uses only ATX, but Intel uses ATX, E-ATX, Micro-ATX, and BTX. PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG. Thank you

Just realized that I'm not sure if the power supply I chose was compatible with the 939 motherboards...with the different pin connectors...4 pin or 8 pin, 20 pin or 24 pin. I dont know the difference.

ALSO, all the components I chose were based on how well they were reviewed, if I thought they would fit my needs...the case is a full tower because mid towers are too cramped and dont allow for a good air flow...which is the reason I chose that case, along with all the good reviews for the case, low noise problems, and the fan size...2 x 120mm= very low noise compared to 80mm.

Thanks again.

Just remembered another question...

Does it matter what voltage you use in the computer? im assuming so.
Does it matter what latency you chose if the voltage is compatable with the motherboard? meaning if I choose ANY latency timings, such as 2.5-3-2-5, or 2-2-2-5 or 4-6-2-8, as long as they are all rated for the same voltage, no matter the latency, they will work? Do I have this right? Please correct me if I'm wrong, or confirm me if I'm right. Thanks again.

...how do I delete this thread? i moved it to the other forum where I thought the topic might get more attention...and be a more appropriate place too since the thread isnt just about motherboards anymore
