Help me decide between these Barebone Systems, fast

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16856115019BIOSTAR IDEQ IDEQ 210P

OR

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16856150035
SOLTEK EQ3802GD-300P

BOTH socket 754, yea yea, i know 939 is better, but this is for my uncle who needs a system, wanted a 64bit and was tryna save money, blah blah

Anyways, the Biostar has 'True' 250w psu and the Soltek has 300w psu

It will be running a 9800pro 256mb
I read the review on the Biostar one at anatech and it handle a x800pro with everything else hooked up to it, and was surprise.

But now I dont know which to pick, help

System Specs

Two things would turn me in favour of the Soltek...

1. More drive bays
2. 300W PSU with dual 12v (8A + 14.5A, 22.5A max combined load)

On looks, I'd throw both of those out, and go:

The Biostar, because it has nforce, which IMO is better than VIA, and it also has raid0/1 just incase he has more than 1 harddrive.
