Did I do good?
I just ordered new memory, a new cpu, and a new motherboard. Here's what I ordered:
1 GB OCZ DDRAM 512X2 PC4000 VX GOLD KIT GIGABYTE GA-K8NS Ultra-939 AMD 64 3700+ ATHLON 64 939 You can see my current setup in my sig below. What do you guys think?

the one problem i noticed that you didn't mention was the chipset of the MoBo (that, or i don't know what chipset the MoBo you ordered is and i'm too lazy to look it up
). nForce 3 is AGP, and nForce 4 is PCI-E. Your video card is AGP, so if you ordered the nFore 4 MoBo, you won't be able to use your present video card. Look it over and check what you have, otherwise you'll have good hardware, but won't be able to use it all in the same system .

Yes, it is a nForce3 motherboard. I just couldn't see upgrading my video card to PCI-E when there is nothing wrong with the one that I have now. I really wanted to get away from the RDRAM.
