Chipset monitoring
I recently bought a epox 9npa+ ultra and replaced the chipset fan and am looking for some help with checking the temp of the chipset. Does anyone know the sensor in MBM for it? Is it the same for all nforce4 chipsets.
I've checked with mbm, ntune, everest. Thanks Ben

Are you sure the Chipset does have a probe?

make sure so yea you likely just need a program capable of reading it... try speed fan for right now, but there are better apps http://www.almico.com/speedfan425.exe You may need to do an some sort of an advance scan to look for the correct adress for it to read from. Its hard telling what chip they used not all chips are coverd by default in alot of programs.... Most boards are shipped with one on thier CD or on thier website so that can read stuff out for you,- something that I wasn't sure but sounds like one ![]() Unified System Diagnostic Manager to monitor system performance source (SCROOL DOWN) http://www.epox.com.tw/eng/support.php?ps=335&type=6 direct link http://www.epox.com.tw/eng/download....F1TVM0d01ERT1D
