Ddr / Ddr Ii ??

Hello folks, I'm buying a new computer at the end of the month (Probably) and wanted your advice.
I'm buying this motherboard and I'm wondering if I should buy a DDR or a DDR II and If it will support it.

There also another version of the motherboard I buy with SLI PCI-E, but It doesn't have the cool fans for the RAM so I'm skipping the SLI thingy. Don't think I'll need it any way .

So, DDR II or DDR I (Pay attention the the type of motherboard!)

As it says, DDR (not II) ... DDR400 modules (PC3200) fitted in pairs (watch the slot pairings!) to enable dual-DDR operation - while it offers 4 sockets, if the moduals are double sided (double bank), then using 4 of them may not allow best timings.
