How to use telephone through computer?

Anyone know how to set up my computer so that I can make telephone calls through it with a mic and my speakers?

I used to do it with windows 95. I dont remember but I thought it was just in my communications in accessories. Phone dialer I think it was. Googled it and all I get is people trying to sell me programs to use phone while on dial up.

Thanks anyways I found it. it's not programmed into xp to automatically be there. You have to hit run and dialer.exe
