Ethernet Controller Problems (Asus A8V-E Deluxe)

Okay, quick run through of my situation. I'm now a freshman at the University of Delaware, and I am without internet, and have been for 4 days now. I am typing this from a communal internet site. My internet suddenly went down, as well as my roommate's. His came back up a few hours later, mine hasn't yet. My dad teaches computers at a university, and I grew up using them, so I'm nowhere near a novice at this stuff. I have tried changing my ethernet cables (I'm jacked into the wall), as well as switching to the port that my roommate normally uses, which works for him (my port works for him), nothing has worked. I've tried doing various things with ipconfig, but it times out when I try to renew my IP. University tech says they haven't shut off my internet, and finally, my dad had me open up my Device Manager, and this is what I found:

http://www.pbase.com/image/49298461/original.jpg (Sorry its bad quality, all I had was my cell phone)

Does anybody know what I can do to get my computer's ethernet stuff working right again? PS, the computer is completely custom-built.

Sorry if this is too much info, but I'd say too much now than not enough later, if you need more, just ask. I'll try to check this as often as I can.

There has been issues with two earlier Marvell/Yukon driver releases. Including your problem and system lockups. THIS is the latest driver release and fixes the problems. Good luck.

thanks for the link, oldbear, but the problem turned out to be a conflict with my wireless LAN built into my mobo suddenly enabling and cancelling out my hard ethernet.
