Sapphire Pure Innovation

I've been scouring Internet trying to find out when Sapphire's new PI-A9RX480 will be released. I've always been a big fan of ATI products, so when I started seeing this mobo mentioned, it kinda drew my attention. I've been able to find tons of reviews (I've listed a couple below) but no definite information on when this board will be released. Does anyone have any information on a release date for this product from Sapphire? According to the reviews I've read Sapphire's mobo lags behind the NF4 Ultra in a couple of areas, but it looks really good and has alot of potential.

I saw a preliminary shipping date over at net vendor Komplett that said 1st November. From my experience waiting for Sapphire to release the first series of boards based on an older ATI chipset I would'nt expect much before christmas.

Right now I'm waiting for someone other than ASRock to release a ULi 1695 based board.

Thanks for the info, mkk. That's more info then I was able to find. As for the Uli 1695 chipset, I haven't heard much about it yet. I know that Abit has announced an new motherboard using the Uli 1689 chipset called the UL8. Don't know if that would be of any interest to you, though.
