What is the CPU your trying to put in ? No it will not damage the mobo but the CPU and PCI_E video card could run unstable if you dont supply the 4 pin ... some mobo wont even run without it ( i ve tried it on a Asus NF4-E, Athlon64 3500, 1 gig of ram and X800XL pci-e and wasnt able to power up the system but when i change the PSU for a 24 pin ATX it run smooth )

Its a AMD 64 3200 and the board does have a PCI E Slot I will be using a XFX Geforce 6600 GT PCI E video card. I have a 24 pin to 20 pin adapter at work I can go get it if this is better?

Thanks ReDGuiTaR
