ati x700 or geforce 6600

a friend of mine want to build a system
will do surfing and bit of gaming
can't afford a expenive graphic card
his looking at two that suits his pocket
l couldnt tell him much as l get high end card and these are mid end performance cards
one is sapphire x700 agp with 256 ram
and second is club3d 6600 agp with 256 ram
before you ask about agp in stead of pci-e,he bought the asrock dual sata 2 mobo,he want the agp card for now because of funds and xmass and alll
so which card for todays games like fps and tps and surfing

get the 6600, imo it'll have better performance, especially with shader model 3 support - i have a 256mb version of the 6600 non-gt myself
