ASUS P4B533 vs Intel D845PEBT2

which of the two boards is a better choice for a p4 2gig processor? i'm thinking the intel board since it has more features for less the cost, but i thought i would ask for some opinions. below are the specs if you wish to look them over. thanks!

Yes, but..

...the Asus board has their award winning softBios to make it an easy & natural OCer from hell.

Yes, I got the Asus board when it forst came out, I easily OC my p1.6a to 2.133. It's great! Now if I can only get the settings correct for 2.4Ghz... Anyways, back to my plight!

BTW, the Radeon 8500 64Mb is seemingly a slow card for this system as it doesn't push many frames. Morrowind, NWN, and basically any game with higher detail settingsdoesn't get very good framerates. (which I actually expected going from a P3-800 to a P4-2.133Ghz) Alas, it may be time to save up for a 128Mb card in the Geforce area.
