Thinking about second graphics card
I have a 8800 GTS and am thinking about getting another for Christmas. I am having trouble finding another 8800 GTS with the same specs as mine. Anyone know any stores that have this card that will go SLI with my current card.
I took a pic of the specs with GPU-Z ![]() Any help would be awsome. |

Re: Thinking about second graphics card
finding a 640MB 8800GTS is going to be rather difficult. if anything, i'd say look out on eBay for one. but, beware of the eBay seller though! also, you can look on EVGA's bstock page for recertified products. these will only carry a 90 day warranty though. i've seen them there on that page from time to time.
but seriously, if anything, i'd say sell your card and use the money that you were thinking of using for another 8800GTS + the money you got from selling your current card and put it towards purchasing a GTX260-216 card. one of those will be SIGNIFICANTLY better than the two 8800GTS cards in SLI
