Go figure it out yourself then.

personally, 55 on load is too hot (for comfort, of course it's designed to withstand hotter)... plus p4's slow themselves down as they get hotter dont they?

What kind of AMPS does your power supply have on the 12+ line? it will say so on the power supply itself. you need a bare minimum of 18A on the 12v line for that graphics card. If the amps are unstable then that could cause all the problems you're saying you have.

There is a sticker on the side of your power supply. I need to know how many watts and theres a chart on it that will list the amps on the 12+ line

okey, I do not completely understand what u mean, but I will right off exactly what my sticker says:
AC INPUT:200-240v-,4A,50Hz
DC OUTPUT : 300W
*3.3V---20.0A(ORG), +5V-----30.0A(RED), +12V---- 13.0A(YEL)
+5Vsb----2.0A(PURP), 5V---- 0.3A(WHITE), -12V---- 0.8A(BLUE)
FUSE RATING :6.3A,250V- (+3.3V & +5V=180W Max)

I hope it makes any sense to you guys
