6600GT vs. 6800XT

Could somebody tell me if there is a noticable difference between the two?

with the 6600 overclocked to 400/520

and the 6800 stock at 350/1000.

I know that the 6800 can be overclocked, just not really sure how much higher the stats can go over the stock specs.
