Streaky Lines?

I just installed this Ti4200 AGP 8x which was working fine on my other computer into another one. I installed the newest Nvidia drivers and now I'm getting these streaky lines in IE. This happens in folders and on the desktop too but it's not as bad. They tend to show up where the page cuts off and when I scroll down. I don't really know how to describe it so I took a screenshot:

Anyone know how I can fix this? I’m running Windows XP Pro, IE 6 SP1, and version 6.14.10.9381 drivers dated 2006-11-17.

Did you install the latest chipset drivers? Oh and make sure it is running at AGPX8. Ive had that happen before and it was incorrectly installed chipset drivers.

Ya, it's a SiS735 chipset and the newest drivers are installed although they're pretty dated (4/1/05). I checked and it's running at AGP 4X since it's the max this motherboard can support.
