exclamation Help With BFG 6600OC PCI Express

I just restored my computer and having trouble running good FPS on CS and
CSS with my settings.

My Setup:

Pentium D 830 CPU
ASUS P5ND2-SLI motherboard
CoolMax 650 Watt PS
OCZ 5300 Gaming RAM (2) 1GB stick
BFG 6600 OC VideoCard
The goal is to run GREAT FPS on Counterstrike 1.6 and good on Source.
(it has happen'd before)

We'll i ran this set-up about a month before i restored it and forgot what driver i was using. its wierd because my friend is using 9x.xx drivers and they are running flawlessly on his computer. I've tried it on mine and it doesnt run the same. he has the same videocard w/ a Pentium D 820. I've tried many drivers including: 76.50, 81.98, 84.56, 84.66, 93.71, 97.92, DHZer0 7644 driver. Right now i have the 84.66 driver and im running about 60 fps on CS 1.6 and thats not even constant (it fluctuates|) is there any help that you can suggests? since i restored my comp. i 'THINK' i've upgrade my bio's and everyting.. im not sure how to check that. but yeah. let me know what drivers you think are best and what i should do to fix my problem.

Remember: i've ran 100FPS CONSTANT on CS 1.6 and about 60-80 FPS on CSS in the past. i know this videocard has potential. THANKS!
