I just remowed the old ones (fx5200 128mbit) and installed the new drivers with the original cd, that came with the package...
and the new drivers from the nvidia site brought the same result as the ones on the cd...
I just dont know what to do, should i reinstal windows or what...
not a clue.....

I'd suggest uninstalling your current drivers, use DriverCleaner Pro to clean out your driver trash which is leftover (do this in safe mode), and then reinstall a set of drivers at your discretion.
If that doesn't work, then try reinstalling video codecs...
And if worst comes to worst, reinstall your OS.
