I think i see what's going on..7950gx2..
In the new display drivers for Vista there is no option to turn off or on Duel GPU support. That's why I think all of us with the 7950gx2 are getting low frame rates. Plus the fact i look in my device manager and one 7950gx2 is there and running properly, the other has an X through it. I tlooks like Vista is not installing the duel GPU support properly.
I know in XP there are two Gx2's listed there for the duel GPU support to work properly.

There is no 6 or 7 series SLI support yet in Vista

Seems they are only worried about there new video card and not the old ones.
